The siesta:
In Andalucia, as in the rest of Spain, the rythm of life is a little moved, and the meals take themselves much more later than in France. The afternoon begins at about 4 pm (after "sacrosanct" siesta!) till 9pm or 10 pm. In the afternoon shops and stores not open before 5 pm. It is an ideal rhythm to take advantage completely of your holidays.
The architecture:
The city of Cordoba is known in particular to have the most beautiful patios of Andalucia. You will have the opportunity to discover the city of Cordoba during our excursions from Estepona.
The cooking:
It is custom of food, tapas to accompany the apéritif. So, certain bars offer tapas according to the drink chosen by the customer. Tapas are miniatures of every regional speciality of Spain. The music:
The flamenco was invented by the gypsies of Andalucia during the War of Flanders. Then, this musical style developed in the big cities of Spain to become a major music. Clothes:
During the Semana Santa "easter week" or during Bullfights, the women are in the habit of carrying a called " mantillas " made generally lace. This fashion accessory always continued in Andalusia.
